  "text": "In regulation 2(1)—\n(a) after the definition of “energy advice” insert—\n““fifth commencement date” means the date on which the Warm Home Discount (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021 come into force;”;\n(b) in the definition of “scheme year”—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (f) omit “or”;\n(ii) at the end of paragraph (g) insert “or”;\n(iii) after paragraph (g) insert—\n“(h) from the fifth commencement date to 31st March 2022 (“scheme year 11”);”;\n(c) after the definition of “second commencement date” insert—\n““smart meter advice” means advice on the benefits of using a smart meter in domestic premises;”.",
