  "text": "In regulation 5(4A)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b) for “a subsequent scheme year” substitute “scheme years 9 and 10”;\n(b) at the end insert—\n“(c) in relation to scheme year 11, if—\n(i) the supplier is not a compulsory scheme electricity supplier or a compulsory smaller electricity supplier; and\n(ii) the supplier gives notice to the Authority on or before the 14th day after the fifth commencement date that the supplier wishes Part 3 of these Regulations to apply to it.”.",
