Regulation 9 Amendments to regulation 12 (determination and notification of non-core spending obligation)

In regulation 12—

(a)

after paragraph (1)(e) insert—

“(f)

for scheme year 11, on or before the 7th day after the fifth commencement date,”;

(b)

in paragraph (6)—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (d) omit “and”;

(ii)

at the end of sub-paragraph (e) insert “and”;

(iii)

after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(f)

for scheme year 11, on or before the 20th working day after the fifth commencement date,”.
