Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment, etc.) Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into force 21 days after the date on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
