# The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment, etc.) Regulations 2025, Regulation 10


(1) In regulations 22(1), 23(1) and 24(1) insert at the beginning “Subject to the application of regulation 24A,”.
(2) In regulations 22(1) and 23(1) for “puts” substitute “places”.
