In regulation 51 (prohibition on showing the costs of financing the collection, treatment and environmentally sound disposal of WEEE from private households)—

(a)

renumber regulation 51 as paragraph (1) of that regulation;

(b)

in paragraph (1) (as renumbered) after “producer” insert “, non-UK supplier”;

(c)

after paragraph (1) insert—

“(2)

For the purposes of any obligation placed on a non-UK supplier under paragraph (1), reference to the producer in sub-paragraph (f)(v) of the definition of “appropriate authority” in regulation 2 is to be read as though it referred to the non-UK supplier.”.
