In regulation 74 (product design), after paragraph (2) insert—

Where the reference to “producers” in paragraph (2)(b) would apply to a producer who is an OMP producer, it is to be read as though it referred to the non-UK supplier supplying EEE on the online marketplace of the OMP producer.”.
