# The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment, etc.) Regulations 2025, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013, and in Part 3 means those Regulations as amended by Part 2, except where otherwise indicated.
