Regulation 26 Interpretation

In this Part—

(a)

any expression which is also used in the principal Regulations has the same meaning as it has in those Regulations;

(b)

reference to a part-year compliance period means the period commencing with the date on which these Regulations come into force and ending on 31st December 2025.
