# The Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Regulation 14: Health at work


No conditions may be imposed in any waste management licence for the purpose only of securing the health of persons at work (within the meaning of Part I of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974).
