Regulation 32 Registration of brokers and dealers

Where an activity which was not an exempt activity under the 1994 Regulations becomes an exempt activity under these Regulations, the holder of a waste management licence relating only to such an activity shall be deemed to have surrendered it to the waste regulation authority, and that authority shall be deemed to have accepted the surrender.
