Paragraph 9 Modification of provisions relating to development plans

Sections 3A(3), 7(1)(b) and 15(1)(a) of the 1997 Act have effect as if the spatial strategies referred to in those provisions included strategies in respect of suitable waste recovery and disposal sites or installations.
