  "heading": "Cessation of registration",
  "text": "Where a registration ceases to have effect by virtue of paragraph 6(11) or 7, the waste regulation authority—\n(a) must record this fact in the appropriate entry in its register and the date on which it occurred; and\n(b) may remove the appropriate entry from its register at any time more than six years after the registration ceases to have effect.",
