# The Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 1: The Deposits in the Sea (Exemption) Order 1985


In article 4(2) of the Deposits in the Sea (Exemption) Order 1985, for “regulation 1(3) of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “regulation 2(1) of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
