# The Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 2: The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991


(1) In regulation 2(2) of the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991, omit the definition of “registered broker of controlled waste”.
(2) In regulation 4(8) of those Regulations, for “paragraph 3(11)(a) and (b) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “paragraph 3(9) of Schedule 5 to the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
