# The Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 4: Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989


Section 1(3) of the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989 is amended as follows—
(a) after paragraph (a), omit the final “or”;
(b) omit paragraph (b).
