# The Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 7: Saving: regulations under section 1(1) or 23(2) of the Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003


The amendments made by regulation 6(2) or 6(3) do not affect any regulations made under section 1(1) or 23(2) of the Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003 before the coming into force of this Part.
