# The Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997


In The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 section 277(1) (interpretation), after the definition of “Valuation Office” omit “and” and insert—
““waste” includes anything which is waste for the purposes of section 75(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (c. 43); and”.
