  "text": "In regulation 2(1) of the Landfill (Scotland) Regulations 2003—\n(a) for the definition of “European Waste Catalogue” substitute—\n““European Waste Catalogue” means the list of wastes set out in Commission Decision 2000/532/EC establishing a list of wastes;”;\n(b) for the definition of “hazardous waste” substitute—\n““hazardous waste” means any waste which is to be considered as hazardous waste under Articles 3(2) and 7 of the Waste Directive;”;\n(c) for the definition of “waste” substitute—\n““waste” means anything that is waste within the meaning of Article 3(1) of the Waste Directive;”; and\n(d) for the definition of “Waste Framework Directive” substitute—\n““Waste Framework Directive” means Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste;”.",
