# The Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 25: The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009


In Schedule 4 Part 2 paragraph 12(2)(f) of those Regulations, for “regulation 18 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994” substitute “regulations 17 and 19 of the Waste Management Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2011”.
