# The Waste (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 6: The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000


In Schedule 1 Part 1 to those Regulations, for the paragraph on interpretation of Chapter 5 substitute—
“This chapter should be interpreted in accordance with Articles 3 and 7 of the Waste Directive.”.
