Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In this Order—

• “the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991^f1;

• “the 2014 Act” means the Water Act 2014.
