# The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017, Article 24: The Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006


In Article 1 of Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006, in paragraph 2(a), for “licensed water supplier” substitute “water supply licensee”.
