# The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017, Article 4: Water Act 1989


In section 174(2) of the Water Act 1989—
(a) in paragraph (a), after “the Water Act 2003” insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
(b) in paragraph (b), after “by or under this Act” insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
(c) in paragraph (j), after “the Water Act 2003” insert “, the Water Act 2014”.
