# The Water Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments etc.) Order 2017, Article 7: Water Resources Act 1991


In section 204(2) of the Water Resources Act 1991—
(a) in paragraph (a), after “the Water Act 2003,” insert “the Water Act 2014”;
(b) in paragraph (b), for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”;
(c) in paragraph (j)—
(i) after “the Water Act 2003”, in the first place it occurs, insert “, the Water Act 2014”;
(ii) for “or the Water Act 2003” substitute “, the Water Act 2003 or the Water Act 2014”.
