Article 8 Railways Act 1993
In section 145 of the Railways Act 1993f1—
(a)
for subsection (2)(b)(vi) substitute—
“(vi)the Water Services Regulation Authority,”;
(b)
in subsection (3), after paragraph (t) insert—
“(u)the Water Act 2003;
(v)the Water Act 2014.”.
