# The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 31st March 2011.
