Regulation 13 Moratorium on other legal process

after sub-paragraph (5) there were inserted—

“(5A)

No proceedings under or for the purposes of section 18 of the 1991 Act may be instituted or continued against the company or property of the company except—

(a)

with the consent of the special administrator, or

(b)

with the permission of the court.”; and

in sub-paragraph (6), after “No” there were inserted “other”.
