# The Water Industry (Special Administration) Regulations 2024, Regulation 29: Resignation of special administrator


Paragraph 87 has effect as if, for sub-paragraph (2), there were substituted—
“(2) Where a special administrator may resign, they may do so only by notice in writing to the court.”.
