Regulation 30 Special administrator ceasing to be qualified

Paragraph 89(2)^f1 has effect as if—

(a)

in the words before paragraph (a), after “in writing” there were inserted “to the court.”; and

(b)

paragraphs (a) to (d) were omitted.
