# The Water Industry (Special Administration) Regulations 2024, Regulation 33: Replacement of special administrator


Paragraph 95 has effect as if—
(a) in the opening text, for “the court—” there were substituted “the court is satisfied that it is right to do so”; and
(b) paragraphs (a) and (b) were omitted.
