# The Water Industry (Special Administration) Regulations 2024, Regulation 65: Consequential provision


(1) The Water Industry (Specified Infrastructure Projects) (English Undertakers) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1, paragraph 7 (special administration), omit sub-paragraphs (1) and (4).
