  "text": "Any person who—\n(a) in giving any information which he is required to give under this Part, knowingly or recklessly makes a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular; or\n(b) for the purpose of obtaining any discharge consent or any variation of such a consent, knowingly or recklessly makes a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular,\nshall be guilty of an offence and liable—\n(i) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or to a fine, or to both;\n(ii) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.",
