# Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999, Article 61: Regulations and orders


(1) Regulations made under this Order (other than regulations made under Article 36 by the Secretary of State) shall be subject to negative resolution.
(2) Regulations and orders under this Order may contain consequential, incidental, supplementary and transitional provisions.
