This Draft Order supersedes the draft laid on 12 July 2005.\nCONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nDEVOLUTION, SCOTLAND\nWATER SUPPLY\nMade 2005\nComing into force 2005\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 104, 112(1) and 113 of the Scotland Act 1998, makes the following Order;\nIn accordance with section 115 of, and paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 7 to, that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
