  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under sections 3(4) and 4(5) of the Welfare Funds (Scotland) Act 2015, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nSocial Security\nMade 2016\nComing into force 1st April 2016\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(3) and 4 of the Welfare Funds (Scotland) Act 2015 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with sections 3(4) and 4(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
