# The Welfare Funds (Scotland) Regulations 2016, Regulation 15: Content of decisions


(1) Every written decision communicated under regulation 13(1) or 14(7) is to include—
(a) details of the application;
(b) the date of the application;
(c) the date of the decision;
(d) the reasons for the decision; and
(e) details of any financial or other assistance awarded.
(2) A written decision communicated under regulation 13(1) must in addition specify the means by which, and the timescale within which, the applicant may ask for the decision to be reviewed.
