  "heading": "Concurrent exercise of certain functions by Department for Employment and Learning",
  "text": "(1) The Department for Employment and Learning may exercise, concurrently with the Department, the functions of the Department under the provisions of this Chapter specified in paragraph (2); and references to the Department in those provisions are to be construed accordingly.\n(2) The provisions are—\n(a) Article 19(2) and (4)(a) and (c);\n(b) Article 20(1), (3) and (4);\n(c) Article 21(1) and (2);\n(d) Article 22(1)(b), (2) and (4);\n(e) Article 23(3);\n(f) Article 28(1), (2), (3) and (4);\n(g) Article 29(1)(b) and (c), (3) and (5);\n(h) Article 30(b).",
