  "text": "(1) The following benefits are abolished—\n(a) income-based jobseeker’s allowance under the Jobseekers Order;\n(b) income-related employment and support allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007;\n(c) income support under section 123 of the Contributions and Benefits Act;\n(d) housing benefit under section 129 of that Act.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) “income-based jobseeker’s allowance” has the same meaning as in the Jobseekers Order;\n(b) “income-related employment and support allowance” means an employment and support allowance entitlement to which is based on section 1(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007.\n(3) Schedule 3 contains consequential amendments.",
