# The Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015, Article 53: Procedure for regulation-making powers


In Article 37 of the Jobseekers Order (Assembly, etc. control), in paragraph (1)(c) (regulations subject to confirmatory procedure), “8, 9,” is repealed.
