# The Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015, Article 94: Report to the Assembly


The Department must lay before the Assembly an independent report on the operation of assessments under Article 85—
(a) within 2 years beginning with the date on which the first regulations under that Article come into operation; and
(b) within 4 years beginning with that date.
