# The Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015, Article 98: Transitional


(1) Regulations may make such provision as the Department considers necessary or expedient in connection with the coming into operation of any provision of this Part.
(2) Schedule 10 (transitional provision for introduction of personal independence payment) has effect.
