Article 11 Conservation of Seals Act 1970

The functions of the Secretary of State under section 1(2) (prohibited methods of killing seals) of the Conservation of Seals Act 1970^f1, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
