# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 29: Deer Act 1991


The functions of the Secretary of State under the Deer Act 1991, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales and so far as they have not already been transferred, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
