# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 30: Further and Higher Education Act 1992


The Treasury approval requirements under paragraph 16(2) (accounts) of Schedule 1 to the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 cease to apply in so far as the functions under that provision are exercised by the Welsh Ministers.
