# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 31: Local Government Finance Act 1992


The functions of the Treasury under paragraph 5(1) (penalties) of Schedule 3 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
