# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 34: Lieutenancies Act 1997


The functions of the Lord President of the Council in section 2 (deputy lieutenants) of the Lieutenancies Act 1997, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
