# The Welsh Ministers (Transfer of Functions) Order 2018, Article 35: School Standards and Framework Act 1998


The functions of the Secretary of State under section 137 (Education Transfer Council: alteration of functions and provision for dissolution) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
