  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 58(4) of the Government of Wales Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nConstitutional Law\nDevolution, Wales\nMade 2018\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the day of\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nA draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 58(4)(a) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 and has been approved by the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 58(4)(b) of that Act.\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58(1) and (3) and 157(2) of, and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 4 to, that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:",
