# The West Midlands Combined Authority Order 2016, Paragraph 3


(1) Section 9A (general functions of Authorities and Executives) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (12) for “the West Yorkshire Combined Authority” substitute “each of the authorities within subsection (13)”.
(3) After subsection (12) insert—
“(13) The authorities referred to in subsection (12) are—
(a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority;
(b) the West Midlands Combined Authority.”.
